Our Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide through the USPS (First-Class Mail® Package). We can ship USPS Priority Mail® for an extra up charge (Sorry US customers only)
We ship on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. However if you need something shipped quicker, just let us know and we can arrange that.
Our Exchange/Return Policy
We strive to have happy customers, so, if our customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return the "unused" Decal within 30 days for a refund minus shipping charges.
Note: Unless otherwise specified, our graphics (as all vinyl decals) are removable, but "not" reusable. Once applied, they cannot be removed and then reapplied.
Now folks, we try to be reasonable. We ask that you be reasonable as well. Since we have absolutely no control over the installation process of any of the decals we sell, we will not be held responsible for decals that have been applied incorrectly. We assume the buyer will follow the instructions that will be included with each order.
If you have any further questions about installing one of our decals please message or email us first so that you can get the best results possible the first time. We have an installation "hotline" 219-221-9367 where you can call if you are having any problems installing a decal. We have found that most of the installation problems can be resolved quickly with a brief phone call. Available to accept calls most days from 8am to 4pm, closed Thursdays. If you should call during a time we are closed, just leave a short message, with your phone number, outlining your problem and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
